
2 cups Flour
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Canned Pumpkin
½ cup Vegetable Oil

¼ cup Cup Butter, softened
½ cup Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp Vanilla
⅔ cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Wash and dry your Handi-foil loaf pan and spray with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

Wisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and vegetable oil.

Add the pumpkin and liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.

Pour into the loaf pan and bake for approximately 75 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes, then remove from the pan to a cooling rack.

In a small bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth.

Spread on cooled pumpkin loaf and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
