Preheat oven to 375F
In a mixing bowl, lightly mix shredded mozzarella cheese and egg yolks together.
Line a clean cutting board or platter with parchment paper. Roll out crescent roll on the surface, pinch the edges of each piece together to create a rectangle (photo 1).
Use a spoon and spread a cheese egg mixture evenly on the dough.
Then top it up with slices of pepperoni or salami.
Carefully and tightly roll the dough into a log along the long edge.
Brush a thin layer of egg wash on top of the log (photo 5). Then use a sharp knife to cut a log into 8~10 pieces (1 inch thick).
Line your baking pan with aluminum foil and generously coat its surface with 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil. Put pizza pinwheel pieces into the pan (photo 6).
Bake for 10-12 minutes. The cheese should be melted completely and the dough turns golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
