1.50 lbs ground beef

1 med. onion, chopped

1 small can diced green chilies

1 package of corn tortilla shells

1 can mushroom soup

1 can evaporated milk

1 lb shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain.

Mix together onion and green chilies.

In 13" x 9" pan, layer tortilla shells, ground beef and onion and chilies mixture 3/4 full.

Mix soup and milk and pour over layers.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
