
Collect all ingredients and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Wash and dry your 11x9 Handi-foil pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Boil a large pot of water and cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, then drain and move to a bowl.
Add the diced onions, garlic and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until vegetables are soft.
Return the beef to the pan and add 4 cups of the marinara sauce.
Spoon 1/3 of the beef mixture into the pan and sprinkle with ¼ of the cheeses. Then add a layer of noodles.
Repeat this process with 2 more layers of meat, cheese, and noodles.
After you’ve added the 3rd layer of noodles, spread the remaining 1 cup of marinara over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Before baking, place the lid on the lasagne and seal.
When you are ready to bake allow the lasagne to thaw, then follow baking instructions.
To cook this from frozen, simply double the cooking time.
