Collect all the ingredients and a perfect pan for the job
Brush enough white vinegar on both sides of the ribs. And apply rub mixture on them. Then let pork ribs sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Pre heat oven 375F.
Cut onion in half, put onions & potatoes on baking pan (Photo 03). Place the ribs, meat side up on top of onions and potatoes.
Tightly wrap the pan with aluminum foil and then roast for 50 minutes.
In a mean time, make BBQ sauce. In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolved completely and the sauce starts thickening. Set aside for later use.
After 50 minutes, take the pork ribs out. The coat lightly on both sides with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes, uncover. Repeat the coating process one more time and cook for extra 10 minutes or until tender (try not to exceed cooking time over 30 minutes).
Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving with baked potatoes, onion and BBQ sauce on the side.
