Crunchy Chinese Chicken Casserole Recipe

Chinese Chicken

 3.50 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
 1.25 cups cups celery
  cup chopped onion
 2 (10-3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
 2 oz jar diced pimento, drained
 2 oz package sliced almonds
 ¼ cup water
 ¾ cup Chinese noodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together except Chinese noodles.


Lightly grease a 13" x 9" pan and spoon mixture into it.


Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot.


Sprinkle top with Chinese noodles and serve.
