Oven Baked Chicken Rice Bake

Rice Bake

 10.75 cream of mushroom soup
 1 cup milk
 1 envelope onion soup mix
 3 oz can chopped mushroom
 3 lbs chicken (cut up)
 1 cup regular rice (2 cups minute rice) uncooked
 10 oz pkg. frozen peas and carrots (thawed) paprika

Mix together mushroom soup, milk, onion soup mix and undrained mushrooms. Reserve 1/2 soup mix.

Stir uncooked rice and vegetables into remaining soup mixture.

Pour into 13" x 9" pan. Arrange chicken pieces on top.

Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover tightly with foil and bake 1-1/2 hours in a 375 degree F oven.
