Berry Coffee Cake Recipe

Berry Cake

 3 cups flour
 1.50 tsp baking soda
 1 cup soft unsalted margarine
 1.75 cups sugar
 4 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 can blueberry or cherry pie filling chopped pecans or walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour and baking soda and set aside. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Combine thoroughly with flour mixture. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Pour half of the batter into a pan.

Cover with pie filling and remaining batter. Sprinkle nuts on top and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
