
Preheat BBQ to 375 degrees. Remove the silverskin from the pork ribs if your butcher did not do this for you.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (except BBQ sauce) in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of the ribs and set aside while your grill heats up.
Place ribs directly on the grill, bone side down and close the BBQ lid. Cook for 20 min, then flip the ribs. Cook for 10 minutes more.
Open the grill and place the ribs in your handi-foil pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and place back on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, carefully remove the pan from the grill. Remove the foil from the pan and then use tongs to place the ribs back on the grill, bone side down. Brush the top of the ribs with BBQ sauce and close the grill. Cook for 5-10 minutes then flip the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook 5 min longer and then flip one last time and brush the top of the ribs with remaining BBQ sauce. Close the lid and cook until BBQ sauce is glossy and heated through.
Remove the ribs and place in your handi-foil pan.
Slice into desired portion size and serve.
