
5 lbs chicken wings
1 cup Soy Sauce
½ tsp minced garlic
¾ cup Sherry
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350.

Cut off tips of chicken. Cut wings into two pieces.

Place wings in BBQ Basics marinating pan.

Carefully put the pan into the oven and bake chicken for 30 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan on the stove. Bring to simmer.

Carefully pour sauce over wings and bake for 2 more hours. With tongs, turn and baste wings occasionally. Make sure to rotate wings from top to bottom occasionally to make sure all wings are cooked evenly.
