Preheat your gas grill to 425 degrees and rinse your Giant Pizza Crisper.
Drizzle 2 tsp of olive oil onto the bottom of your pan and use a paper towel or brush to disperse and make sure the entire pan is coated. Then sprinkle the 2 tsp of cornmeal over the bottom of the pan.
Next, roll your dough into a circle big enough to fit the pan.
Place your rolled dough into your prepared foil pan and gently press the sides of the dough up the edge of the pan.
With a spoon, spread approximately ½ cup of the BBQ sauce over the dough and then toss the chicken in the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle approximately 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup of the cheddar cheese over the pizza crust, reserve the remaining cheese for the end.
Place your pepper rings on the pizza crust.
Add the chicken and bacon.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Place your pizza pan on the rack of your grill and close the lid. Cook for 15-20 min until the dough has risen, the edges are beginning to brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with green onion.
Slice and serve.
