2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons light olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Refrigerate and allow to marinate for one hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with remaining marinade and seal. Place sealed salmon in oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Salmon should be easily flaked with a fork.
Foil wrapped salmon can be placed in our 20399 Roaster/Baker Pan
