Season both sides of the loin slices with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Wrap each slice in strips of bacon, secure with a toothpick if needed.

Place the bacon wrapped pork loins on a broiler pan and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. Check the internal temperature at this time. If it is at 150 F, proceed with the broiling step.
