Job Description

Handi-Foil Corporation, the industry leader in the manufacture, sale, marketing and distribution of disposable aluminum foil bakeware has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Order Entry Associate at our facility in Wheeling, IL. This privately held company has been in business for more than thirty years and is experiencing strong growth year after year.


  • Verifies that customer needs are met and takes required action to alert customers in advance of any delays in shipments or other issues that may impact their expectations
  • Monitor status of orders and informs appropriate departments of potential problems with meeting deadlines.
  • Resolves shortage issues, shipping damage reports, follows up on shipping status, etc.
  • Serves as liaison between customer and our internal departments


  • A minimum of 5 years of recent Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate an ability to solve routine problems
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Oracle experience is a plus
  • Must be proficient with MS Office applications including Excel
