Non Cooking Uses

  • Use our cupcake pan to dye eggs. By using our cupcake pan, you can help prevent spills that may stain your countertops and you can recycle the pan when you are finished with your coloring fun. This pan can also be used to hold paint for arts and crafts time.
  • Foil can be used as a great reflector for photography. Wrap our foil around a piece of cardboard for a sturdy reflector that can be recycled when you are finished.
  • Improve your radiator efficiency. Tape aluminum foil to a piece of cardboard with the shiny side of the foil facing the radiator. When the radiator is turned off and completely cool, place the foil between the radiator and the wall. The radiant heat waves will bounce off the foil into the room instead of being absorbed by the wall behind the radiator. (Please have a professional check the placement to reduce the risk of damage)
  • Easier and faster Ironing! Put a piece of aluminum foil under your ironing board cover. The foil will reflect the heat back through the clothing and not allow that board to absorb the heat. When finished, run your hot iron over a piece of aluminum foil to get rid of any starch build up.
  • Keep matches dry during your next camping trip by wrapping them in foil.
  • Make an inexpensive funnel by doubling up your foil and shaping it into a cone. The foil is bendable so it should be easier to reach tricky areas such as your oil filter in your car versus a traditional funnel.
  • When painting a room, keep the paint off your doorknobs or fixtures by wrapping them in foil.
  • By wrapping the crown of your bananas in foil, they will keep fresh longer. (The part of the bananas that connect)
  • Use our decorative Foilabrations pans to create a unique gift basket. Fill them with your favorite goodies, wrap with a sheer cloth and tie with a bow for a fun, creative gift.
