Fresh Broccoli Salad

2 large bunches broccoli (chopped)
4 cups seedless red grapes
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 
1 cup almonds (optional)
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cooking Instructions:

Make ahead and refrigerate overnight. Dressing needs time to thin. Mix salad ingredients together and top with dressing mixture. Place in 13" x 9" pan and cover.
