Fiesta Casserole

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 small can diced green chilies
1 pkg. corn tortilla shells
1 can mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix together onion and green chilies. In 13" x 9" pan, layer tortilla shells, ground beef and onion and chilies mixture 3/4 full. Mix soup and milk and pour over layers. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
