Baked Salmon

2 cloves of garlic, minced

3 tablespoons light olive oil

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 fillets salmon

Cooking Instructions:

In medium bowl mix garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Place Salmon in bowl in the refridgerator and allow to marinate for one hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with remaining marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Salmon should be easily flaked with a fork.
