Fudge Topped Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups sugar  
1 cup unsifted flour
2/3 cup cocoa  
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk  and 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat well. Stir in walnuts.

Spread in a greased 13" x 9" pan. Bake 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Just before brownies are done, in saucepan, melt chips with condensed milk and remaining vanilla. Immediately spread over hot brownies. Cool and chill before cutting.
