Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

3 eggs (beaten)
2 C. Sugar  
1 C. Oil 
3 teasp. Vanilla
3 teasp. Cinnamon
2 C. Zucchini (grated)
2 1/2 C. Flour  
1/2 teasp. Baking Powder  
1 teasp. Baking soda   
1/2 C. Cocoa
1 C. Nuts (Chopped) optional

Cooking Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until just mixed. Pour into 2 greased Handi-foil loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.

Good sliced thin and spread with cream cheese.
