Cherry Pie

Ingredients:

2 unbaked pie crusts (See recipe for two crust pie using handi-foil1 cup sugar)
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
5 cups pitted fresh tart cherries
1 tbsp. margarine

Cooking Instructions:

Cook-n-Carry pie pans /lids #20393 or pie pans #20305.  

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and cherries. Mix well. Spoon into crust, dot with margarine and cover with top crust. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until crust is golden.
