Apple Cake

Ingredients:

4 cups diced apples
3 cups flour  
2 cups sugar
1 cup wesson oil
1 cup nuts 
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Cooking Instructions:

Sift all dry ingredients except nuts in a large bowl .

Add oil and eggs. Stir together. Add apples and nuts and mix well.

Pat dough into oiled 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done. No icing needed. Can be served cool or warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
